6 Month Seasonal Rate: $3,600 + electricity Season runs from November through April.
(6 month lump sum payable at check-in, or by prior arrangement)
Monthly off Season rates: $650 + electricity & Sales tax
We may have a permanent sites may be available at a slightly lower rate
