3 Month minimum: $431.11+ 12.5% sales tax= $485/Month + electricity

(3 month lump sum payable at check-in, or by prior arrangement)


1 to 2 months: $534.22+ 12.5% sales tax= $601/Month + electricity


Weekly rate, includes electricity: $231.11 +12.5% sales tax = $260.00


Nightly rates, if available: $44.44+ 12.5% sales tax = $50

(Permanent sites may be available at a lower rate)

$80/Month for Single (tax included)
$100/Month for Couple
